He appeared in his third season with Lake Erie (2007-08, 2008-09) and posted 23 wins to set a franchise record for single-season victories. On his way to that milestone, Bacashihua posted four shutouts, and with a total of seven as a Monster, he ranks second among all-time franchise leaders (Tyler Weiman, 13). Bacashihua appeared in his 100th career game as a Monster during a 3-0 blanking over Abbotsford at Fan Appreciation Night on April 9th. His 100 career games as a Monster also rank second among all-time Lake Erie goaltenders (Weiman, 118), while his 41 wins are also second best (Weiman, 51). Bacashihua, who was signed by Colorado as a free agent on July 2, 2010, finished the 2010-11 campaign with a 23-16-3 record, a 2.29 GAA and a .917 save percentage. Season Highlights October 8, 2010: Recorded first win of the season in 3-2 victory over Syracuse in home opener. October 31, 2010: Posted 19 saves in first shutout of the season, a 2-0 victory over Manitoba. November 17, 2010: Registered 29 saves in 3-0 victory over Grand Rapids, marking his second perfect performance of the season. February 2 – February 28, 2011: Recorded 119 saves in a four-game winning streak. March 12 – March 25, 2011: Turned aside 88 shots during his second four-game winning streak of the season, helping the Monsters establish a franchise-high eight-game winning streak. April 2, 2011: Stopped 21 shots in his third shutout of the season, a 2-0 triumph over Toronto.
