Hockey stick taping is an art. Every player has developed their own method and with the numerous amount of sticks skaters go through over the course of a career, they become masters of the process. In the pros, no one hockey stick is taped exactly the same, as each player has a unique ritual the use. We went to the video vault to see Doug Plagens talk through the taping process with Greg Mauldin.
