You can take the ice at The Q during the Monsters' inaugural season! The team is looking for enthusiastic people to take part in a number of in-game entertainment elements. Do you have what it takes to be part of our Promotion Team, Ice Crew, or even sing the national anthem?

In-Game Promotion Team

Attention dancers, cheerleaders and hockey super fans: Do you crave the spotlight? If so, join the hottest team on ice!

The Monsters are looking for athletic, outgoing and enthusiastic men and women, age 18 and over, for the all-new Monsters In-Game Promotion Team. The Team interacts with fans for all in-game contests - both in the stands and on the ice (skating NOT required) - manage t-shirt tosses, and all in-game entertainment at Monsters home games.

If you're energetic and creative, this is your chance to perform on-camera in front of wild crowds, for an exciting new franchise, in an outstanding arena, have the time of your life...and get PAID! Ice Crew

The Monsters are seeking 6-8 experienced ice skaters, age 18 and over by October 1st, to assist the arena operations crew in maintaining the ice during timeouts and intermissions at all home games. The Crew will also assist the Promotion Team with on-ice activities when necessary, as well as represent the Monsters and interact with fans at outside events. The Ice Crew will appear on-camera and in in-game entertainment videos.

Experienced skating skills are required, as well as self-confidence and enthusiasm to perform in front of large crowds. An athletic background is preferred (hockey, figure skating, sports) to maintain the energy and fitness level required for the fast pace of work. Ice Crew members must be able to work a varied schedule in-season; have strong communication skills and outgoing personality to interact with fans of all ages; must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation; and have the ability to learn ice maintenance duties.

National Anthem Singers

New talent and fresh faces are invited to audition to be part of the game night experience at Monsters and Cleveland Cavaliers home games at Quicken Loans Arena. Performers are offered a chance to take center stage and sing the national anthem in front of thousands of fans. Interested candidates may audition at The Q on Saturday, September 15th, beginning at 10 a.m.

Those auditioning should enter at the Northeast corner of The Q (located next to the Team Shop off Huron Rd.). Candidates will audition in the order they are registered, and auditions will begin as soon as the first person signs-up. Registration will take place between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Anthem performances are to be in the traditional a cappella style and should be no longer than :90 seconds. An a cappella rendition of O'Canada is optional. All performers will be considered for both Monsters and Cavs home games. Candidates will be contacted following the audition with any performance opportunities.
